"Look, I spent 15 years in an industry where the body is a product. It is scrutinized, measured, and paid for. When I turned 35 and had my son in 2020, the noise became too much. A 'nudist colony'—or whatever you want to call the resort I visited—is the opposite of a porn set. On a porn set, nudity is labor. In a colony, nudity is the uniform. You aren't being sexy; you're being normal. It’s actually the most clothed I’ve ever felt emotionally because there is no pretense. It’s therapy."
