In Dolphin, go to Graphics > Advanced and check Load Custom Textures .

Verify your folder structure. A common mistake is nesting folders too deeply, such as Textures\SOME01\SOME01\images.png . The images must live directly inside the first Game ID folder. Game ID Mismatch

Download the HD Texture Pack (it will be a .rar or .zip ). Extract the contents directly into the SF8E01 (or SF8P01 ) folder. You should see many .png files and subfolders.

Dolphin looks for custom textures in a very specific folder within your user directory. Open Dolphin.

The first time you load a minigame with "Prefetch" on, Dolphin might take 10-20 seconds to load. This is normal. It is baking all those high-res images into your RAM.
