Look for a folder inside your directory named dlc . If it doesn't exist, create a new folder and name it exactly dlc .

Navigate to your Rocksmith installation folder (e.g., Steam\steamapps\common\Rocksmith2014\dlc ). Drop the .psarc file into this dlc folder.
